Where Olivet's official detail lives

Olivet publishes its practicum rules in three places. The MSN/PG-APRN and RN-BSN handbooks set compliance, grading and course order. The program pages say who finds the preceptor and where hours happen. The licensure disclosures list the states where FNP practicum hours are allowed. The working detail for your track, including preceptor criteria, sits in the Student Clinical or Practicum Requirements Course inside Canvas.

Olivet also runs two curricula side by side, so course numbers and compliance vendors differ between students. Where are Olivet's clinical placement rules written down?

In the School of Nursing handbooks (compliance, grading, course order), the program pages (who finds the preceptor, where hours happen), the licensure disclosures (approved states) and your track's Canvas clinical requirements course, which holds the working detail and is visible once you are enrolled.

Which system does Olivet use for clinical documentation?

Project Concert. Olivet's fee sheet lists it for competency tracking, and for FNP students also for clinical-encounter tracking and documentation. Compliance items go into Verified Credentials QualifiedFirst or CastleBranch, depending on your handbook version.

Who approves my Olivet preceptor?

Olivet does. The program pages describe the preceptor as approved and selected by the student. Olivet does not publish the approval form's name or how long approval takes, so check your Canvas requirements course and ask the SON Clinical Coordinator.
